I, the undersigned, as an authorized representative of the renting group, will conduct a site visit prior to the rental date. In addition, I have read and agree to sign on behalf of the group, a copy of the attached rules & regulations. I further agree to return a signed copy to the Operations Manager at least 30 days in advance with reservation fee of $50 and damage deposit of $250 in accordance with the Rules & Regulations and agree to comply with same. I understand that I must inform members of my group that the Armory is an historic building and no adhesive, tape, tacks, nails, staples or other such will be stuck to walls, doors, or woodwork of the Armory or its furnishings such as tables. All decorations will be of non-flammable material and will not hinder entrance or egress, sprinkler, or fire-alarm systems. No holes shall be made in any part of the Armory or its furnishings. Equipment cannot be dragged across the floor. Sound levels must be in compliance with local regulations and in keeping with the residential nature of the neighborhood. Note that display cases and bookcases in the first and second floor hallways cannot be moved.
Finally, as authorized
representative of the renting group, we agree to respect the
historic Westerly Armory and its grounds in every respect. Signature

Westerly Armory Restoration, Inc. There are fees charged by Westerly Armory Restoration, Inc. for use of the Armory and its facilities and equipment as follows:
A $50 reservation fee is required at the time of application and will be credited towards the rental price and received at least 30 days in advance. 2. Rental Fee Your fee is based on 1) group (profit/non-profit/private), 2) number of hours (including set-up, rehearsal(s), take-down/clean-up), 3) dates, 4) areas of the Armory to be used (drill shed, rest rooms), and 4) reasonable utility use. These are included in your basic charge; the kitchen is an additional fee. Please note that the museum/office is NOT included in your rental for storage, dressing, and the like. Local groups (South County, Rhode Island and Pawcatuck-Stonington, Connecticut) receive reduced rates. Discounts are given for multiple-day events and for members of Westerly Armory Restoration, Inc. A 4-hour event minimum is charged. Rental fees are as follows:
